Do you want to watch an excellent, critic-praised, phenomenal, outstanding movie? Watch Star Trek Into Darkness. This movie is marvelous and you and anyone you know should watch it. In the movie Star Trek Into Darkness The Starship Enterprise returns home after an act of terrorism almost ruining Starfleet. Facing massive loss, Captain James T. Kirk leads his crew Spock, Leonard Mccoy, and Uhura Nyota to face this one-man army terrorist.
Needless to say the cast was brilliant and fit in their roles perfectly and the soundtrack was astonishing. Benedict Cumberbatch fit the role of Khan ideally, his appearance and great acting matched his role in the movie as Khan. Zachary Quinto had an impeccable performance for his role as Spock, his acting of a lack of emotion was outstanding.
The VFX were astounding to say the least with lense flares appearing all the time. The movie opens with a breathtaking red forest on the planet of Nibiru with the USS Enterprise trying to save the indigenous population of Nibiru from a volcanic eruption. The USS Enterprise, in a dramatic ocean resurface, attempts to save the Spock amid a lava-spewing eruption. As, Roger Guyett explains, “the live action aesthetic - and the notion that these characters feel as if they existed in the real world - drove all of the effects work.”
These awards won are among the most prestigious of awards given to movies. Benedict Cumberbatch won the award of British Artist of the Year from Britannia Awards among the many winnings of awards, it won the Top Box Office Film from ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards, it won Best Hollywood Film from Hollywood Film Festival Awards, and it won Best Sci-Fi Movie-People's Choice award from IGN awards. These awards may mean nothing to you so go, watch the movie then you’ll understand.This movie is brilliant and ideal, it’s everything you could want in a movie, 10/10 from me.
